Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate BPO rosters, including headcount, schedules, and staffing changes
- Act as the primary liaison between internal WFM teams and BPO partners for roster updates and staffing changes
- Coordinate with IT for access requests and operational needs, ensuring timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a contact center, workforce management, or operations coordination role
- Hands-on experience with roster and schedule management in a customer service or contact center setting
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to design and improve trackers
- Familiarity with contact center tools such as CRM platforms and WFM systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
