Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate BPO rosters, including headcount, schedules, and staffing changes
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal WFM teams and BPO partners for roster updates and staffing changes
  • Coordinate with IT for access requests and operational needs, ensuring timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a contact center, workforce management, or operations coordination role
  • Hands-on experience with roster and schedule management in a customer service or contact center setting
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to design and improve trackers
  • Familiarity with contact center tools such as CRM platforms and WFM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
