Job Summary
A company is looking for a BPO Vendor Manager to oversee outsourced service center operations and manage relationships with BPO partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BPO vendors, managing daily operations and performance
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage budgeting and reporting for vendor operations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in BPO vendor management or service operations in healthcare or a similar industry
- Proven ability to manage a BPO team of 150+ staff and drive performance improvements
- Strong understanding of service operations workflows and quality assurance
- Experience managing budgets and cost control within a BPO environment
- Familiarity with international markets and cultural nuances in vendor operations
