Job Summary

A company is looking for a BPO Vendor Manager to oversee outsourced service center operations and manage relationships with BPO partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for BPO vendors, managing daily operations and performance
  • Analyze vendor performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage budgeting and reporting for vendor operations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in BPO vendor management or service operations in healthcare or a similar industry
  • Proven ability to manage a BPO team of 150+ staff and drive performance improvements
  • Strong understanding of service operations workflows and quality assurance
  • Experience managing budgets and cost control within a BPO environment
  • Familiarity with international markets and cultural nuances in vendor operations
