BPR Analyst
Job Summary
To support the CIO's office in establishing a unified work tracking framework, the full-time BPR Analyst will collaborate with leadership to design methodologies for work capture and reporting, while implementing these processes in Jira.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a consistent work tracking and reporting methodology across the organization
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders and teams to facilitate the adoption of the new framework
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable technical requirements for Jira configuration
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business process reengineering within large organizations
- Experience designing standardized work tracking and reporting processes across multiple levels
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Ability to document frameworks for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's Degree
