Job Summary
A company is looking for a Branch Administrative Assistant III.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical assistance to Processors, including compiling reports and ordering necessary documents
- Conduct loan file audits for accuracy and completeness, and maintain records as required
- Manage office supplies inventory and assist with general clerical duties and office support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of four years' experience in an administrative assistant role
- Prior experience in mortgage lending or finance strongly preferred
- Ability to type 60-70 wpm
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
