Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Administrative Assistant III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical assistance to Processors, including compiling reports and ordering necessary documents
  • Conduct loan file audits for accuracy and completeness, and maintain records as required
  • Manage office supplies inventory and assist with general clerical duties and office support
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of four years' experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Prior experience in mortgage lending or finance strongly preferred
  • Ability to type 60-70 wpm
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
