Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing assistance in person and over the phone
- Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain necessary documentation for billing health insurance plans
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and manage daily receivables
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience working within multiple systems simultaneously
- Intermediate level math skills
