Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing assistance in person and over the phone

  • Conduct customer satisfaction calls and manage daily receivables
Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Experience working within multiple systems simultaneously
  • Intermediate level math skills
