Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for patients, the full-time Branch Coordinator will provide supportive service, coordinate equipment delivery, and navigate insurance processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience for patients and caregivers as they arrive at the branch
  • Coordinate timely equipment delivery and assist with health plan authorizations and compliance
  • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding needs
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Experience in an office environment, healthcare setting, or call center preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Experience utilizing a multi-line phone system
