Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Efficiency Specialist to optimize scheduling and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and calendar for field resources and teams to ensure timely installations and inspections
• Collaborate with Electrification Managers to improve cycle time and customer satisfaction
• Identify areas for improvement in customer journey and implement solutions with the CX Manager

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of project administration or field construction experience
• Experience in customer communication functions, including call center expertise
• Ability to create dashboards and reports in relevant software
• Strong leadership or management skills
