Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Efficiency Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and calendar for field resources, ensuring optimal appointment coordination
• Collaborate with Electrification Managers to improve installation and activation processes, enhancing customer satisfaction
• Identify areas for improvement in customer journey and implement solutions in partnership with the CX Manager

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of project administration or field construction experience
• Experience in customer communication functions, including call center expertise
• Ability to create dashboards and reports using InContact, Dialpad, and Salesforce
• Strong leadership or management skills with a high level of organization
