Branch Enablement Coordinator
Job Summary
To ensure seamless execution of branch-related technology upgrades and operational support, the fully remote Branch Enablement Coordinator will manage project implementation, vendor coordination, and compliance-driven processes while supporting branch expansion and renovation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management initiatives for the PBB division, addressing operational issues and enhancing workflows
- Oversee the Teller platform as an application owner, providing technical support and maintaining training content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation
- Proficiency in TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft, and Synergy (or similar platforms)
- Knowledge of SCRA, CTR, and regulatory requirements for financial operations
- Flexibility for onsite tasks and weekend support during critical project phases
