Branch Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equipment Agent Branch Operations Manager (West Coast, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead System Application Engineers in support of the construction sales team and ensure project implementation aligns with customer expectations
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for System Application Engineers while managing complex projects
• Act as the first level of customer concern for issues related to equipment orders and ensure effective communication of process problems to corporate leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of five years of operations management experience in the Building Construction Industry
• Five years of direct project management experience
• Ability to travel based on geographical locations of assigned teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Visio
