Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch President who will lead multiple offices in strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive targeted organic revenue and EBITDA growth through strategic leadership
• Oversee operational workflows and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
• Enhance client experience and market presence by building strong relationships and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in insurance or a related industry
• Proven track record of driving growth and operational improvement
• Strong expertise in Property & Casualty and/or Employee Benefits
• Professional designations preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CLU, or similar)
