Branch Production Manager
Job Summary
To support branch operations, the part-time non-producing Branch Production Manager III will recruit licensed real estate agents, generate new business opportunities through marketing initiatives, and manage the branch's P&L while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and attract licensed real estate agents and business development specialists to enhance branch volume
- Drive marketing initiatives and networking opportunities to generate new business for the branch
- Manage branch expenses and P&L in accordance with corporate fiscal policies
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales management or business development within the mortgage or real estate industry
- Proficiency in financial management tools, specifically Loan Vision and Concur
- Strong understanding of marketing guidelines and compliance, particularly related to RESPA
- Ability to participate in monthly pipeline meetings and sales operations calls
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
