Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Support Specialist to provide support and mentorship to new and existing branches and operations personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to employees in new branches for up to 60 days
  • Offer loan-level support and oversee the ticket system
  • Deliver feedback and coaching to strengthen file quality and manage pipeline
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience processing loans
  • Previous mortgage sales or branch exposure preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of TRID and RESPA
