Job Summary
A company is looking for a Branch Support Specialist to provide support and mentorship to new and existing branches and operations personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to employees in new branches for up to 60 days
- Offer loan-level support and oversee the ticket system
- Deliver feedback and coaching to strengthen file quality and manage pipeline
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience processing loans
- Previous mortgage sales or branch exposure preferred
- Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of TRID and RESPA
