Job Summary
A company is looking for a Branch Support Specialist to provide support and mentorship to new and existing branches and operations personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to new branches for up to 60 days and assist existing branches with new employees
- Oversee the ticket system and provide loan-level support, including pipeline management
- Offer feedback and coaching to enhance file quality and collaborate with the Branch Support Manager
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience processing loans
- Previous exposure to Mortgage Sales or Branch operations preferred
- Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of TRID and RESPA
