Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Support Specialist to provide support and mentorship to new and existing branches and operations personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to new branches for up to 60 days and assist existing branches with new employees
  • Oversee the ticket system and provide loan-level support, including pipeline management
  • Offer feedback and coaching to enhance file quality and collaborate with the Branch Support Manager
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience processing loans
  • Previous exposure to Mortgage Sales or Branch operations preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of TRID and RESPA
