Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Brand and Planning Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage project timelines and workflows, ensuring the delivery of marketing assets and campaigns that align with client brand standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation and review of marketing briefs and assets, ensuring brand consistency and content alignment
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to align teams and document action items in the project management system
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of previous marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
