Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Brand Copywriter will create and edit digital and direct mail communications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update digital and direct mail servicing communications
• Monitor and track campaigns throughout the creative process while providing guidance and influence
• Proofread peer content and provide editorial and design feedback

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in technical or professional writing
• At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Suite products
• Ability to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Experience in monitoring and tracking communication campaigns
• Proven ability to deliver quality work on time with exceptional attention to detail
