Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of internal and external engagement experiences, the full-time remote Brand Experience Manager will manage high-impact events, enhance brand alignment, and support cross-practice growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversees the planning and execution of employee conferences, webinars, and regional events to strengthen brand presence
  • Collaborates with various teams to ensure engagement experiences align with business priorities and objectives
  • Develops and implements strategies for enhancing client relationships and measuring engagement impact
Required qualifications
  • Master's Degree in MBA, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Five or more years of experience in a brand activation or marketing role
  • Experience in B2B sectors such as insurance, employee benefits, or financial services
  • Certified Marketing Management Professional
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on logistics and audience experience
