Job Summary
Leading digital marketing and brand storytelling initiatives, the full-time Brand Growth Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for two healthcare education brands, focusing on customer lifecycle management, audience growth, and revenue generation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own growth planning and commercial performance for AFPA and ChiroCredit, developing quarterly and monthly marketing plans
- Manage omnichannel marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including email, paid search, and social media
- Oversee website performance and optimize customer journeys for certification programs and continuing education subscriptions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in EdTech, healthcare, SaaS, or professional education
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through digital marketing strategies
