Job Summary

Leading the enterprise brand strategy, the full-time AVP, Brand Management will evolve brand positioning and messaging, oversee new brand development, and establish brand architecture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with organizational growth priorities and enhance brand reputation
  • Oversee the creation of cohesive brand experiences across internal and external audiences, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness
  • Partner with People & Culture to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of brand management and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in the healthcare and/or technology sectors
  • Experience in launching new brands and revitalizing existing brands within complex organizations
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
