Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brand Manager to shape the future of the Thinx brand in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Thinx brand strategy to drive awareness, loyalty, and profitable growth
  • Define, track, and act on key brand health and performance metrics
  • Lead market analysis and consumer research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of prior marketing experience in brand management or closely related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of P&L management levers with a proven track record of delivering business results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to break down growth barriers
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to bring diverse teams together
