Job Summary
A company is looking for a Brand Manager to support brand development and consumer insight initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand management activities including positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice
- Design and manage consumer research initiatives and own the CSAT strategy for concept centers
- Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations and support marketing plans for concept pilots
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or experience strategy
- Experience in brand positioning, consumer research, and customer experience measurement
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize insights into recommendations
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority
- Comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders
