Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brand Manager to support brand development and consumer insight initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand management activities including positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice
  • Design and manage consumer research initiatives and own the CSAT strategy for concept centers
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations and support marketing plans for concept pilots
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or experience strategy
  • Experience in brand positioning, consumer research, and customer experience measurement
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize insights into recommendations
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority
  • Comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders
