Job Summary
Driving brand growth and supporting new product development, the full-time Brand Manager will manage key initiatives within the DEWALT portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring best-in-class commercialization, with options for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand strategy aligned with DEWALT's objectives
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to facilitate the new product development process from ideation through launch
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in brand management or product marketing within consumer durables or tools
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to go-to-market plans and support brand initiatives
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market trends and consumer insights
- Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
