Job Summary
Driving business planning and marketing execution, the full-time Brand Manager will manage the Kotex brand by leveraging consumer insights and strategic marketing initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and enhance brand equity in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and manage P&L levers, identifying marketing-driven growth opportunities
- Lead the development and execution of consumer-inspired marketing initiatives across various channels
- Partner effectively across a matrixed organization to mobilize cross-functional teams towards shared goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of brand management or related marketing experience, preferably in CPG
- Strong experience in brand planning and innovation development
- Demonstrated ability to develop and activate digital marketing strategies
- Proven capability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization
