Job Summary
Managing day-to-day client accounts, the full-time remote Brand Manager will execute strategies to drive sales and ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple Amazon brands while collaborating with internal teams on performance optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and oversee the execution of brand strategies to achieve measurable results
- Collaborate with internal teams across PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to implement client strategies
- Participate in team-building sessions and upskilling classes to foster a culture of continuous growth and mentor junior team members
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or eCommerce leadership roles
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering measurable results
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across different functions and geographies
- Knowledge of Amazon operations including PPC, SEO, catalog, and design
- Familiarity with project/task management platforms (e.g., ClickUp)
