Owning a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands, the full-time Brand Marketing Strategist will manage client relationships, run high-touch onboarding processes, and develop customized marketing plans across various digital channels in a remote-eligible position.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth
  • Lead campaign and business reviews, providing actionable insights based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to optimize campaign performance and identify expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client strategy
  • Proven track record of account growth and retention, especially with multi-location or franchise brands
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital channels such as Google Ads and Meta
  • Strong ability to interpret performance data and communicate recommendations effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
