Brand Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brand Project Manager who will report to the Director of Brand Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hands-on project management across ongoing and ad hoc brand initiatives
• Build and maintain project boards, timelines, documentation, and task ownership
• Proactively track deadlines and follow up to prevent delays

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or high growth company
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with shifting priorities
• Strong operational instincts and the ability to act independently
• Experience in DTC or CPG industries preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Notion is helpful but not essential
