Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brand Partnership Lead to develop and manage partnerships with brands on behalf of top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and networking to build relationships with brands investing in influencer marketing
• Design and manage a well-organized brand database as relationships are developed
• Negotiate deals on behalf of talent to ensure favorable terms and support partnership implementation

Required Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build a brand partnership business
• At least 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, preferably in health, fitness, and wellness
• Proven ability to build relationships, present talent, and negotiate contracts
• Existing rolodex of contacts and understanding of industry rates and terms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
