Job Summary

Proactively managing strategic client journeys, the fully remote Brand Protection Manager will develop and implement tailored brand protection strategies, translating data into actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the customer journey by creating and improving brand protection strategies that exceed client expectations
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions, translating data into business value and demonstrating ROI
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, collaborating to meet KPIs and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in Brand Protection, Customer Success, or Account Management, ideally within the IP or legal tech space
  • Ability to handle client calls independently and manage challenging conversations effectively
  • Familiarity with IP laws and trends is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
  • Comfort with navigating various platforms and technical tools, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative tech environment rather than a traditional law firm setting
