Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brand Protection Client Partner responsible for customer strategy and collaboration with global teams to ensure effective brand protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage customer relationships, ensuring accountability and strategy implementation
  • Monitor and report on customer program progress, providing performance feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain a cohesive approach to brand protection and conduct quarterly business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Brand Protection or a related role, preferably as a Client Manager or Coordinator
  • Strong knowledge of the Brand Protection industry, including online infringement and counterfeiting
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Motivated, results-driven individual with strong risk assessment and mitigation skills
