Job Summary
A company is looking for a Brand & Sentiment Analyst (Journeyman) to support brand management and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze brand perception, trust, credibility, and sentiment across audiences and channels
- Monitor sentiment trends and identify emerging reputation risks and sentiment drivers
- Provide actionable insights and support the development of brand and sentiment analysis reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Behavioral Science, Sociology, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand analysis or audience perception research
- Experience analyzing trust, credibility, and reputation indicators
- Experience with brand perception and sentiment analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with collaboration platforms and reporting tools
