Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brand & Sentiment Analyst (Journeyman) to support brand management and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and analyze brand perception, trust, credibility, and sentiment across audiences and channels
  • Monitor sentiment trends and identify emerging reputation risks and sentiment drivers
  • Provide actionable insights and support the development of brand and sentiment analysis reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Behavioral Science, Sociology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand analysis or audience perception research
  • Experience analyzing trust, credibility, and reputation indicators
  • Experience with brand perception and sentiment analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency with collaboration platforms and reporting tools
