Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Brand Shop Specialist for a temporary hybrid position, who will manage internal employee requests, coordinate with distribution teams to resolve order issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill custom merchandise requests.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day internal employee requests and inquiries, ensuring efficient resolutions
- Coordinate with distribution agency teams to address customer order issues and inquiries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans for custom merchandise fulfillment
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement strategies within corporate environments
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction
- Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
