Job Summary

To create meaningful brands, the full-time Mid-Weight Brand Strategist will define strategic territories, conduct in-depth research, and collaborate closely with creative teams while working in a hybrid model with two remote days per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Define the strategic framework for projects to guide creative decisions
  • Conduct ethnographic research, market analysis, and trend forecasting to generate actionable insights
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops with clients and present strategies with clarity and conviction
Required qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio
  • Deep understanding of consumer branding, including identity and positioning
  • Experience with research methodologies beyond desk research, such as ethnography and cultural analysis
  • Active practice with AI tools applied to strategy
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English; Catalan and Portuguese are a bonus
