Job Summary
To ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence, the remote Brand Strategy Creative Lead will craft integrated marketing communications aligned with business goals while executing high-level creative work and copywriting in a hands-on leadership role.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications that resonate with consumers and align with organizational objectives
- Lead the creative direction and narrative integrity of projects within the in-house agency, collaborating across departments
- Influence and guide cross-functional teams to achieve brand alignment without formal authority
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or advertising, preferably in an in-house agency or regulated environment
- Proven ability to craft emotional and persuasive narratives that drive business outcomes
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and resource planning
- Demonstrated narrative and copywriting skills
