Job Summary
To drive brand growth and ensure strategic alignment, the full-time salaried Brand Strategy Executive will lead the execution and governance of brand strategy, manage a team, and collaborate cross-functionally while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee brand strategy execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operationalizing brand initiatives across the enterprise
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that differentiates the brand in the market while managing brand resources and training
- Monitor brand performance and health, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and communicate progress to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management or strategy, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in brand strategy governance and health measurement
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with AI tools for brand development and a strong understanding of market research and analysis
