Job Summary
To support the agency's strategic initiatives, the remote Brand Strategy Manager will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop insights about target audiences and guide the creation of effective brand strategies and creative briefs.
Key responsibilities
- Create and evaluate HCP and consumer research to identify patterns in relevant data
- Utilize research findings to inform Creative Briefs and brand strategies
- Lead the development of Creative Briefs and facilitate workshops for strategic planning
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in strategy, research, or agency/product roles
- Experience in healthcare (HCP & consumer) and general agency settings is preferred
- Degree in social sciences is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with a creative and collaborative approach
- Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities
