Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branded Website Supervisor to manage the Branded Website team and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of the Branded Website team, focusing on employee engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor service levels and performance metrics, reporting trends to management
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer support issues and manage support tickets


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two years of customer service or experience in customer experience roles
  • One to two years of printing industry knowledge required
  • Two to three years of customer support experience within the printing industry
  • Three or more years of online trade print experience preferred
