Job Summary
A company is looking for a Branded Website Supervisor to manage the Branded Website team and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Branded Website team, focusing on employee engagement and customer satisfaction
- Monitor service levels and performance metrics, reporting trends to management
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer support issues and manage support tickets
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of customer service or experience in customer experience roles
- One to two years of printing industry knowledge required
- Two to three years of customer support experience within the printing industry
- Three or more years of online trade print experience preferred
