Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brands in Games Project Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with global IP holders on game crossover opportunities and maintain strong relationships
Take ownership in overall project operations with domestic game developers to maximize revenue and brand awareness through global IP collaborations
Support tasks for licensors and sublicensees, drive project management, execute IP supervision, and ensure smooth launches in target markets

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in mobile gaming
Proven success in project management within game publishing
Native-level Chinese fluency with strong spoken and written English
Passion for games, especially mobile, and familiarity with ACGN culture in Europe, America, Japan, or Korea
Self-motivation and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, KPI-driven team
