Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize email programs within the Braze platform
- Design and execute multi-step lifecycle journeys and maintain a clean segmentation logic
- Define performance measurement frameworks and track core email performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Braze Certification (current) is mandatory
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with Braze, building segments and triggered campaigns
- Deep understanding of email deliverability principles and compliance regulations
- Analytical skills to build performance reports and interpret email metrics
