Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize email programs within the Braze platform
  • Design and execute multi-step lifecycle journeys and maintain a clean segmentation logic
  • Define performance measurement frameworks and track core email performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Braze Certification (current) is mandatory
  • 5-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, building segments and triggered campaigns
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability principles and compliance regulations
  • Analytical skills to build performance reports and interpret email metrics
