Braze Developer

Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement strategies, the full-time remote Braze Developer will design, develop, and optimize marketing campaigns utilizing Braze, along with front-end development using ExtJS, in a retail or e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including strategic ideation, customer segmentation, execution, and optimization
• Design and deploy campaigns using Braze Canvas, Liquid scripting, and dynamic segmentation for targeted retail customer engagement
• Architect and maintain interactive web applications and marketing dashboards using the ExtJS framework to support e-commerce operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience configuring and deploying campaigns in Braze or similar platforms
• 2+ years of front-end development experience using ExtJS and JavaScript
• Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, JSON data structures, and mobile/web SDK integrations
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
