Braze Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing e-commerce practice, the fully remote Braze Developer will design, build, and optimize personalized omnichannel customer engagement through marketing automation, front-end web development, and campaign management on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including strategic ideation, customer segmentation, execution, and optimization across digital channels
• Design, develop, and deploy marketing campaigns using Braze Canvas, Liquid scripting, and dynamic segmentation
• Architect and maintain interactive web applications and marketing dashboards using ExtJS to support e-commerce operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience configuring and deploying campaigns in Braze or similar platforms
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using ExtJS and JavaScript
• Proven background in marketing campaign management within retail or e-commerce environments
• Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, JSON data structures, and mobile/web SDK integrations
