Brazil Licensed Personal Finance Coach

Job Summary

To support the expansion of personal finance services in Brazil, the part-time Brazil Licensed Personal Finance Coach will develop localized content, facilitate financial education workshops, and contribute to product innovation while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and localize content for Brazil's personal finance offerings, identifying gaps and creating additional resources
• Facilitate workshops, webcasts, and one-on-one meetings to enhance individuals' financial habits and behaviors
• Contribute to product development and research by analyzing trends and writing or editing relevant articles

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) equivalent certification, preferably through FPSB Brazil
• Thorough knowledge of financial planning aspects relevant to Brazil, including money management, debt, investing, and retirement
• Strong fluency in both English and Portuguese
• Experience in leveraging technology for effective information delivery
• Proven ability to employ a coaching approach that includes active listening and adaptability to individual needs
