Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brazilian Portuguese Content Localizer & Proofreader.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand Content Strategists to understand client requirements and campaign objectives
• Proofread and edit content for impeccable spelling, grammar, and syntax tailored for the Brazilian market
• Ensure compliance with clients' brand guidelines and legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional command of Brazilian Portuguese (Native level) with a deep understanding of grammar and syntax
• A Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Journalism, or a related field is preferred; a Master's degree is a strong plus
• 2-4 years of professional copywriting/proofreading experience
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) for internal collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CMS, HTML, and email platforms is preferred
