Brazilian Programs Director

Job Summary

Passionate about promoting liberty, the full-time Brazilian Programs Director will manage and execute the strategic plan for SFL programs in Brazil, oversee fundraising efforts, and lead a team while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Fundraise for the region using outbound and inbound sales strategies
• Oversee the management of the Brazilian Coordinator Program and ensure progress toward strategic goals
• Maintain relationships with partner organizations and ensure successful execution of educational events

Required qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English
• Experience living and working in Brazil
• Familiarity with pro-liberty groups and fundraising strategies in Brazil
• Volunteer and staff management experience
• Program management experience with the ability to balance multiple initiatives
