Job Summary

Processing orders for breast pumps and supplies, the full-time Breast Pump Specialist will manage patient communications and ensure timely dispensing of products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Process incoming breast pump and supply orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate with patients regarding their orders through various channels
• Create sales orders and follow up via email and text communications

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience necessary; extensive on-the-job training provided
• Strong emphasis on a positive attitude and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Reliability and compassion in customer service interactions
