Key Responsibilities

• Calculate loan advance amounts and condition loan files based on documentation
• Manage loan status communication and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
• Review title reports and insurance to secure the company's lien position

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of underwriting processes
• Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of various loan products, credit reports, and debt-to-income ratios
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
