Job Summary

A company is looking for a MS Dynamics CRM BSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systems process analysis and integration assessments for MS Dynamics CRM
• Perform preliminary cost/benefit analyses for Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Provide best practice strategies for out-of-the-box Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Strong understanding of business processes related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile practices
• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
