Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broadcast Operations Center Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve technical issues within the Service Desk Plus ticketing system
• Identify chronic issues and collaborate with internal and external teams for resolution
• Provide detailed reports on outages as requested and maintain technical skillsets for advanced issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a broadcast technical environment supporting RF transmission systems and multimedia studio facilities
• Proficiency in troubleshooting networking and communication protocols
• Hands-on experience with broadcast concepts
• Experience in a customer support role
• Familiarity with Windows OS, remote access technologies, and network monitoring tools
