Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broadcast Operations Center Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve technical issues using the Service Desk Plus ticketing system
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and resolve chronic issues
• Research and report on outages as directed by BOC leads

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a broadcast technical environment supporting RF transmission and multimedia systems
• Proficient in troubleshooting networking and communication protocols
• Hands-on experience with broadcast concepts and customer support
• Familiarity with Windows OS, remote access tools, and cloud technologies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
