Broadcast Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a variety of Sports, Talk, Music, and Entertainment programs, the full-time Broadcast Operations Specialist will manage studio equipment operations, ensure broadcast quality, and provide real-time assistance for live and pre-recorded content in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support all programming from planning to completion, providing real-time assistance and guidance
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Remote Studio Producers equipment and workflows, including setup and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with external locations and collaborate with the Remote Operations team to ensure successful remote broadcasts

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in podcast operations, digital media, or broadcast operations
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience running an audio console
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with broadcast operation software and digital audio editing software
