Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and determine eligibility and compliance
• Process broker and agent licensing, appointment, and contracting credentials
• Analyze submitted material for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support role
• 1+ years of experience using multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
